So my hair inspiration is the beautiful Amy Winehouse. If it wasn't for her I would have never tried out the beehive and loved the look so much. To me she always looked amazing and her hair was her trademark :)

Hello, Rockalily : ) My hair inspiration is, while be it fairly steroptypical, would be the beautiful and iconic Bettie Page. Sure, I could be more creative...but she is probably one of the most strikingly gorgeous women I have ever laid my eyes on. Perhaps its a mix of her beauty, style, and her actions ahead of her time.

Hi ReeRee ♥ My hair inspiration has always been Doris Day in Calamity Jane. Most people raved about Wizard of Oz and Dorothy etc but for me it was Calamity Jane due to my sharing her name and she was totally glamorous whilst doing fun things like horse riding and all sorts of silly things. :)

My hair inspiration is the beautiful Elizabeth Taylor. From the classic curls to the pixie crop to the 80's power hair, she always looked stunning and knew what suited her, while not being afraid to try something new. And my God she rocked the Cleopatra look! Even in her later years and in ill health, when it came to her hair, the bigger and shinier the better. Amen to that!

Gwen Stefani

Hey, Rockalily!! My hair inspiration is the loverly Gwen Stefani, because she does absolutely whatever she feels like with her hair, no matter how "odd"--blue, pink, platinum, cornrows, blowout, harajuku styles, and more recently, beautiful rollls that are vintage yet modern at the same time. And of course, she looks beautiful and unique with each different hairstyle.

Hi Rockalily - This is my hair inspiration because it's Katy Perry with amazing turquoise/blue retro hair, with faux bangs. Just. So. Cool.

Dear Rockalily, my hair inspiration is Kelly Osbourne. Okay, so she's annoying at times, but honestly, shamefully, she's a bit of a hero of mine. We're the same age and I've loved her since the Osbournes - we were both moody teenagers and had the exact same hair disasters (erm, I guess because I would just take a picture of her to the hairdressers most of the time!) In recent years, she's mellowed and has taken on a more glam look. This picture is one I'll be taking to my wedding hair trial as inspiration...

Hi Rockalily - This is my hair inspiration because Paloma Faith currently expresses a lot of the rockabilly/vintage styling that I currently seem to be drawn to and has a real humour and style which is really playful. Alison Goldfrapp also has really fun, yet art school styling in her looks and also has a charm about her sometimes deco-ish look in both her hair and costume styling. Im still trying to learn more of how to do this, so blogs such as yourself, khandie khisses and several other styling blogs are really helpful

Hi Rockalily my hair inspiration is Zoe Deschanel because even though the cut is quite plain you can do so many things with the style. You can change from rockabilly pinup to relaxed casual pony tail with your fringe out. I currently have my hair cut like this and it just amazing ♥
