I've stuck with this 30 day Yoga challenge, but it's definitely feeling like a challenge (hint was in the name I guess!). Yoga has always felt a little unproductive for me. Not time-efficient enough for my liking! Ha, which probably means it's exactly what I need. I'd definitely get a quicker body change doing 30 Day Shred each morning, but I'm not quite ready for that amount of energy yet in my morning. Maybe I'm using yoga as a way to develop a mental habit of activity first thing, and the 30 Day Shred can follow?
Anyhoo, I'm still sticking with it. I love Adriene, and she has the exact right tone for me. She's a serious yoga instructor, but she doesn't take it too seriously. Every day's challenge is completely different, so you're not returning to what you tried yesterday. Maybe Jillian Michaels could create a 30 Day Shred where each day was different, so you don't know what's coming next. It certainly keeps it fresh.
