Wonderful Women: Time Management and Getting Things Done

                                  

Wonderful Women: Minding Our Own Business is a fabulous group of women who are dreaming of or who have already started running their own businesses. We meet twice a month, and there is currently a London branch and a Norwich branch.

Yesterday's meeting was about Time Management, and how best to stay productive when you are self-employed.

We met at The Foundation Bar and had one of these cosy booths.

Collectively we are a fan of cocktails, and we enjoyed the various forms of cocktail recepticles.

 

 

 

 

You can also enjoy cocktails to share from tea-pots. I have say I had been impressed with the re-furbishment, and loved the venue. The only disappointment was how the tea-pots arrived.

Both the teapot and the tray were horrible, but luckily the cocktail inside was lovely.

I also enjoyed this fabulous cocktail of coffee, vodka and cream (and a flake!)

 

 

 

 

 

 

I recommended Getting Things Done and I know quite a few Wonderful Women have bought it already.

    We discussed how we organise our diaries and how best to use to-do lists. We all definitely agreed on making to-do lists full of actionable and specific tasks.

We shared the troubles we had with managing our time best, as well as ways to make sure that you learn to relax too! I came away feeling really inspired to continue developing my systems and strategies for how I run my business and my life.
