Wonderful Women: Managing your cash flow cycle

Today's Wonderful Women meeting (we didn't all fit in one photo!) was about cash flow and how to be more aware of your own cycle.

We had lots of new faces so it  was nice to hear from some people I perhaps know less about their businesses, and we all settled to business pretty sharpish (after I had three coffees to get ready!).

We started by drawing our own cash flow timelines, and identified our key risk areas. We went around and discussed each risk area, looking for strategies to reduce the risk in each example.

I think we all had buzzing minds when we left - lots to think about!
