The person we were yesterday is not who we have to be today

In an attempt to get some extra vitamin D I took my book to the park for an hour today, and I really liked this opening paragraph.

"One of the most severely limiting beliefs that many of us have is that the person we were yesterday is the person we have to be today."

I've written before about the false beliefs that can hold us back and more recently about facing our fears in styling ourselves (can I really wear short shorts?) and a much older blog post about being brave and applying for jobs we have no experience in.

What could happen if you just woke up tomorrow and behaved as if you were the person you'd always imagined? What if you just faked it until it felt real? Who do you want to be tomorrow?
