I don't believe in investing in equipment before you've created your new habits. So many of us have wasted money buying fun new gadgets, thinking they'll motivate us to change, but they don't, and we just begrudge the money lost.
I've developed a morning habit of doing a quick youtube workout as soon as I get up. If you're interested in trying this, I have a list of some of the workouts I've used - short workouts with no equipment.
This meant I felt ready to invest and step it up a gear. So I bought kettle bells!
I loved this workout! I didn't like the warmup, so I did my own, but the kettlebell routine was ace! Can't wait to do it again!
