I have been feeling like a chunky monkey recently, and I've been trying to get my gym habit back. Life got a bit busy, and habits are only habits if they're stuck to. I've noticed changes in my body that I'd rather not, and I'd prefer to change them back.
Winter is harder for training, partly because its cold, and partly because its dark I guess. There is something about sunshine that makes you want to get moving and get outside.
I'm wearing a Sweaty Betty head to toe: top,running pants and socks, along with some DC trainers.
