Here I am, ready to start my two hour walk this morning. Me and a mate walk for two hours, which is a great opportunity to have a good natter but also improve my fitness.
We had a break in Dec, as it was so wet and cold, and it felt great to get going again today. My old-woman back feels it though! I suffer from a lot of 'issues' with my creaky body, so its good to get it moving!
I never want to run, but brisk walking is right up my alley!
I have blogged before about needing to find appropriate sports clothing for us retro ladies but have now given up! I tend to wear these trousers, cropped jeans, or my dungarees, I have finally got some proper trainers though.
