I count myself lucky (although of course I believe we make our own luck, my old post "Am I lucky- Hell No", explains more) that I lve my job, and that my work is pretty flexible.
I'm often able to juggle my work life around my non-work life if needed, and work as-and-when.
I've talked to my friends before about how sometimes we need to prioritise work, sometimes friends, and sometimes love. If we want to give value to something that we want, we need to be willing to give it time.
There was a period of time last year that I stopped going to the gym so much, as I'd been prioritising dating. If you want to find something, you need to be willing to sacrifice the time you'd usually be giving to something else.
If you want to get fitter, you'll have to give up time usually dedicated to something else. If you want to grow your business you may need to sacrfice some free time. If you want to find or nurture love, you may need to place other things on the backburner.
We can't always have it all, all of the time.
