It's funny, when I was younger I wouldn't wear skirts or dresses often as I rarely shave my legs every single day. Society had successfully told me that any hair on my legs (and body) was disgusting and to be hidden away, if not removed. I used to wonder how on earth my mother could allow stubbly legs to be show.
Now that I'm considerably older I have adjusted to human reality. Firstly, when going about my daily business, no one can see the hair on my legs. Secondly, even if they did (could) it's just hair. It grows on all of our legs.
I sometimes envy men with all their hairy legs. They don't have to consider the state of their hair removal success before choosing an outfit for the day.
Anyhow, I'm wearing a Primark dress with Dr. Marten boots.
