I've been watching some great Ted Talks recently, most recently one from Mel Robins about why we screw ourselves over. The take away is that if you want to make changes you need to fully understand that you'll never feel like it. You'll never feel like it. Get over it and just force yourself.
She talks about adults needing to parent themselves. You no longer have a parent making you do the things you don't want to do. You need to force yourself. It won't get easier, you'll just find new things that you don't want to do.
