Quality Tattoo Artist Spotlight: Rachel McCarthy (soon to be Baldwin)

I get asked to recommend tattoo artists pretty regularly, and have a handful of artists I am confident recommending over and over. It is rare for me to be impressed with tattoo artists, to be honest, as I have seen such quality art over the years. Then I saw Rachel McCarthy pop up on my facebook stream, and I can't stop checking back to see what new stuff she has done!

Rachel's work just stands out for me. I would love to visit Birmingham and get some work done for myself!
