My 5 favourite heathy/clean treats/snacks (maintaining my weight loss)

I discovered Booja Booja yesterday. Wow! It's an icecream substitute, with only 4 ingredients - water, agave syrup, cashew nuts, cocoa powder. These 4 things are food types that I am 'happy' to eat in whatever quantities I like, which is pretty exciting considering how yummy this was. It was like truffle chocolate ice cream.

I have loved Nakd bars for over a year now, but these Nakd bits are a new addition to the range, and I have been loving them! Again, a very small ingredient list: Dates (48%), Cashews (29%), Raisins (17%), Cocoa (6%), natural chocolate flavour. All things I'm happy to eat in unlimited quantites! I like the size of these chunks, it's more a bag to graze on, and it reminds me of when I  used to sit and eat a whole bag of sweets. 

I'm currently loving pineapples, a fruit I didn't start enjoying until recently. I think what helped was that I actually read the instructions on how to prepare it! Fruit is such a joyful snack in spring and summer.

I love 9 bars for boost of energy. The ingredient list isn't quite a short (Mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, poppy, dehulled hemp) (50%), dried fruit (apricots, dates) (20%), carob topping (sugar, vegetable fat, soya, carob, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin) (15%), golden syrup, raw cane sugar, vegetable oil, rice flour) but they're definitely a food I'm  happy to include in my regular eating habits.

How about a savoury snack? I probably eat more houmous than most, perhaps 4-6 tubs a week. It's a great snack, with vegetables (both hot and cold).
