It can be easy to think that some people are born with motivation than others. For me, I've discovered that motivation is less something we feel, and more something we create.
We waste time waiting to feel ready before taking action, where we should take the action, so that we create a feeling of readiness.
People who go to the gym, or eat well, or write 1000 words every day, did not necessarily feel ready or able one day. They just started taking action, and low and behold they start feeling motivated to continue.
Don't give all of your life choices over to emotions. They are volitile and unpredictable at times. Let your actions form your emotions, rather than the other way around.
