How I apply my rockabilly make up

I went out last night and I figured I'd share my go-to make up routine. I wear basically the same look for day and night, and I tend to just apply it with next to zero skill!

I start off with my eye makeup, so that I can wipe any fallen powder or smudges off before applying foundation. I prime the eyelids with Mac Soft Ochre Paint Pot, which I've used up and re-bought so I must love it. It makes eyeshadow last without creasing. It's a very matte nude. Over the top I used an old Dior pallette I have, with a mushroom shade. I didn't really apply it with any skill just over the lid.

I applied my eyeliner next, a Bourjois Megaliner, which is a liquid liner with an angled felt tip applicator. My current favourite mascara is Boombastic by GOSH, and I curled my lashes before applying two coats. My favourite stage of the make up process is my beloved foundation! I have been using the same one for ages now, it's Max Factor Ageless Elixir 2 in 1 Foundation + Serum, and I apply it with my fingers.

I use  Illamasqua Powder Eye Shadow in Heroine and Bourjois Little Round Pot Blush for bronzer and blusher. The bronzer goes from my cheek to my temple, and the blusher goes on my actual cheek (the bit that plumps up when I smile). I use the same brush to apply Bourjois Universal Illuminating Powder, which is another product I have re-bought after being sent my first to review. It's perfect for setting and blending. I apply it all over my face.

Brows get applied last, otherwise I smudge them when I apply my foundation. I'm currently using HD Brows in Vamp, and I just use the little angled brush to darken my own brows. Finishing touches were my hair piece, hoop earrings, hair flowers and pink lipstick.
