Welcome to my 7 Day Challenge - Challenge Yourself To Be Happier. Happiness is a choice; a series of actions and thoughts. It rarely happens by accident, we find what we seek.

Challenge 2

This may sound like a broken record, but people repeat the idea for good reason. When you're trapped in a seditary lifestyle, the idea of exercise making you happier seems nonsensical. How on earth could dragging your body around make you happier than chilling on the sofa?

The reason everyone who starts raving about exercise is because it really works. It really makes you happier.

So, challenge 2 is to move. Taking the stairs instead of a lift doesn't count, I'm challenging you to really move in a way that is outside of living. If you want to stay at home, you could watch an exercise video on youtube (I recommend Jillian Michaels), or dance like a loon for 30 minutes. If you want some fresh air, you could go for a jog outside. If you're a member of a gym, get changed and go and use your membership.
