Can I make my mornings more productive?

 

 

This week I created a challenge for myself, to be more productive with my mornings. My first morning didn't go so well. I'd wanted to go for a run first thing, but made the tactical error of going to the gym the evening before. I woke up, and snoozed so much I actually over slept! Not a great start.

I tried again this morning, this time my goal was to not snooze, and tidy my flat. Success!

I woke up and instead of wasting loads of time on social media, I managed to get up and just start cleaning. I got it all done, and still had time to lounge about before work. Perfect. I now get to come home and just relax.

Wonder how I'll get on tomorrow!
