Black hair to bright red hair

So my hair yesterday looked pretty much like this, black with a pale purple/blue flash.

We decided to change it.

This was our large strand test. My fringe ended up a urine yellow and the side more of a copper. We didn't lift the purple at all, as that hair is pretty fragile at the moment!

It is now a bright red with a black flash (quite a large black flash).

I slept in rollers last night, and brushed the curls out, and then quickly shoved some victory rolls in.

The fringe will need lifting one more time (it can handle it as its newer stronger hair), but we're nearly there!
