15 minute morning workout - no equipment needed (not even a mat)

This morning's 15 minute workout was a standing abs, buns and thighs = no equipment needed, and lots of balance work. 

I am trying to stick to the habit of a 15-30 minute blast of fitness each morning before I shower. Youtube is such an amazing resource for free fitness!  This workout didn't even need a mat, so the excuses for not showing your body some love are basically zero.
