15 minute morning workout - Abs, Bum & Thighs (no equipment needed)

I had been taking part in a 30 day Yoga Challenge and I was up to day 22, but it just wasn't ticking my boxes anymore, I enjoyed it, and loved Adrienne, the lady who does the videos, but I want to change what my body looks like, and how strong it is, and yoga just requires too much patience. So this morning, trying to maintain the 22 day habit, I tried a different mini-workout.

We need to choose our habits, even when we don't really feel like it. If you waited till you felt like doing everything, we'd not get much done.
